Steven Erickson
Wealth Strategist/Financial Advisor
Mr. Steve Erickson is a wealth strategist and the principal of Wealth Investment Services. Since 2001, his vast knowledge of alternative strategies as well as traditional financial planning avenues has set him apart from other Wealth Strategists and Financial Advisors.
Steve founded Wealth Investment Services with the belief that the interests of the client must always come first. Steve provides his clients with investment advice and access to products from many of the nation’s "leading" investment companies through his broker/dealer, Concorde Investment Services. Concorde provides a comprehensive financial services platform and clears trade through Pershing, the largest independent clearing firm in the US.
Steve would enjoy the opportunity to work with you to make your financial dreams a reality. As a full-service financial planner and financial advisor, Steve specializes in total asset management. The areas he covers include but are not limited to investment planning, estate planning, retirement planning, 1031 exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), Qualified Opportunity Zones (QOZs), 831(b)s, education planning, life and long-term care insurance planning, and Investment strategies to defer, reduce and eliminate taxes.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Seattle Pacific University. He is married with three children and resides in Washington State. Steve has served and continues to serve his clients and his community in many ways. He enjoys hiking, camping, family activities and dancing with his wife.

Samuel Scarpone
Wealth Strategist
Mr. Scarpone joined the firm in 2023 and has been in the financial services industry since 2015. Prior to joining Wealth Investment Services, Mr. Scarpone was a Private Client Banker for JP Morgan Chase Bank working with select households to address their full financial needs across consumer banking, business banking, home lending, and wealth management, and brings multifaceted insight to the firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership from Portland State University with a minor in Japanese and a certificate in International Business Studies.
He resides in his home state of Oregon and operates the Oregon branch. He enjoys golfing, practicing the martial art of Iaidō, painting, traveling, as well as volunteering.

Alisha Erickson
Chief Operating Officer
Alisha brings over 30 years of operations and marketing experience to Wealth Investment Services. She has worked with international corporations, small businesses, and non-profits. A majority of that time has been in the financial industry. She holds a degree in International Business with a minor in Japanese and has lived in The Netherlands, Japan, and India.
Mrs. Erickson enjoys being with her family, the outdoors, golfing, painting, singing, and dancing with her husband.

Marlo Sullivan
Director of Operations
Marlo Sullivan serves as the Operations Director at Wealth Investment Services, where she oversees daily business operations, advisor support, and firm-wide process management. With extensive experience in the broker-dealer and RIA space, Marlo is dedicated to creating efficient, technology-driven solutions that streamline workflows and enhance advisor and client experiences.
Marlo’s expertise includes implementing and managing technology applications such as Albridge, Artisan Repertoire, Docupace, Forms Logic Workflow, iPipeline-Laser App, Redtail, and QuickBooks. She has a proven track record of designing operational systems that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and support firm growth.
Prior to joining Wealth Investment Services, Marlo held multiple leadership positions, where she managed advisor onboarding and training programs, optimized technology integration, and improved firm-wide operational processes.
Marlo holds a FINRA Series 99 license and is recognized for her strategic approach to operations, financial oversight, and team leadership.
She enjoys the mountain lifestyle and spending time outdoors with her pup, Norah.
